Loaded Baked Potato Calzone
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 13.8 oz pizza dough
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- ⅓ cup bacon chopped
- ⅓ cup green onions chopped
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
